sabugalite Min.|səˈbjuːgəlaɪt| [f. Sabugal, name of a town in Beira Province, Portugal + -ite1.] A mineral of the autunite group, HAl(UO2)2(PO4)4.16–24H2O, first found as yellow crystals in a number of mines in Portugal, and also prepared artificially.
