bigarreau, -roon|ˈbɪgəˌrəʊ, -ˈruːn| Also 7 biguar, 7–8 bigarro, 7–9 biguarreau. [a. F. bigarreau, pl. -eaux, f. bigarré variegated. Bigarroon seems to be an Eng. change.] The large white heart-cherry, one side of which is pale yellow, and the other red. See also quot. 1859.
