Sarkese, n. and a.|sɑːˈkiːz| [f. the place-name Sark (see below) + -ese.] A. n. a. collect. Also Sarkees. The inhabitants of the Channel Island of Sark. b. The language of Sark, a variety of Norman French. B. adj. Of or pertaining to Sark.
