In Fr. combinations, referring to contrasting electoral systems: scrutin d'arrondissement |darɔ̃dismɑ̃| [lit., electoral district vote], a system of voting in France by which votes are cast for a single representative of an electoral district; scrutin de liste |list| = list vote s.v. list n.6 d.
