cambozola, n.|kambəˈzəʊlə| Also Cambazola, cambazola, Cambozola. [Invented name, f. Camembert n. + -bo- + Gorgonzola n.] A proprietary name for a type of German blue soft cheese with a Camembert-like rind, and produced using Gorgonzola blue mould.
