Also camel-hair.
1. a. The hair of the camel. (But cf. camel-yarn.)

b. Used attrib. of a cloth or garment, etc., made from the hair of the camel. Also ellipt.

2. The long hairs from the tail of a squirrel, used to make artists' paint-brushes. Also attrib., as in camel('s) hair brush, camel's hair pencil.
