Pyrenees, n. pl.|pɪrəˈniːz| Also 7 Pyrenes, Pir-, Pyreneys, Pirhenese. [a. F. Pyrénées, ad. L. Pȳrēnæī (sc. montes): see prec.] Name of the range of mountains separating France and Spain.
