seligmannite Min.|ˈsɛlɪgmənaɪt| [ad. G. seligmannit (H. Baumhauer 1901, in Sitzungsber. d. K. Preuss. Akad. d. Wissensch. zu Berlin 110), f. the name of Gustav Seligmann (1849–1920), German mineral collector: see -ite1.] An arsenic sulphide of lead and copper, PbCuAsS3, occurring as brittle, dark grey to black, orthorhombic crystals having a metallic lustre.
