Serolong, n. Brit. |ˈsɛrəlɒŋ|, U.S. |ˈsɛrəˌlɔŋ|, |ˈsɛrəˌlɑŋ|, S. Afr. |ˈserɔlɔŋ|, |ˈserəlɒŋ| [‹ Southern Sotho and Setswana Serolong > n.).] The language of the Rolong of southern Africa, a variety of Setswana belonging to the Southern Sotho–Tswana group of narrow Bantu languages. Cf. Rolong n. 2.
