chlorambucil Pharm.|klɔəˈræmbjuːsɪl| [f. 4-p-di-(2-chloroethyl)aminophenylbutyric acid, the systematic name + -cil.] A water-soluble aromatic nitrogen mustard used as an antineoplastic agent, esp. against certain lymphomas and leukæmias. Also called CB 1348.
