skatepunk, n. Brit. |ˈskeɪtpʌŋk|, U.S. |ˈskeɪtˌpəŋk| [‹ skate- (in skateboard n.) + punk n.1] A skateboarder, esp. one who dresses in the loose-fitting, casual clothes associated with the skateboarding subculture. Also: a type of hardcore punk music associated with this subculture. Freq. attrib.
