coprophagous, a.|kɒˈprɒfəgəs| [f. mod.L. coprophag-us, a. Gr. κοπροϕάγ-ος dung-eating (f. κόπρο-ς dung + -ϕαγος eating): see -ous.] Feeding upon dung; said esp. of the dung-beetles.
