ˈcrappit-head Sc. [Crappit has the form of a pa. pple. of a vb. crap or crop, not otherwise found, but compared by Jamieson with earlier Du. krappen to fill the crop of, cram (a capon, etc.).] The head of a haddock stuffed with the roe, oatmeal, suet, and spices. (Jamieson.)
