spiggoty, n. (and a.) U.S. slang.|ˈspɪgɒtɪ| Also spiggity, spigotti, spigoty. [Orig. uncertain: prob. repr. broken English (see sense 1, quot. 1938): now generally superseded by spic n. and a.] 1. A contemptuous name for a Spanish-speaking native of Central or South America.
