culicine, n. and a. Ent.|ˈkjuːlɪsaɪn, -iːn| [ad. mod.L. Culicini or Culicinæ, f. culex, culicis gnat: see -ine1.] A mosquito belonging to the tribe Culicini of the sub-family Culicinæ; of or pertaining to a member of this group.
