† ˈcullible, a. Obs. [This adj., which is presupposed in the derivative cullibility (known 1728), would normally be derived from a verb cull; but none such is recorded; cf. however cull n.2, cully v.2 Gullible, gullibility, from gull v., appear much later than cullibility.] Easily made a ‘cull’ or fool of; gullible.
