a1641Spelman Antient Deeds & Charters v. (R.) The particular manner of abuttalling, with the term itself, arose from the Normans, as appeareth in the Customary of Normandy, cap. 556, where it is said, that the declaration must be made par bouts et costes destites terres saisies, of the abuttals and sides of the said lands seized. |
