‖ cutcha, a. (n.) Anglo-Indian colloq.|ˈkʌtʃə| Also kacha, kutcha. [a. Hindī kachchā raw, crude, unripe, uncooked.] Imperfect, slight, temporary, makeshift (opp. to pucka, solid, substantial, permanent, etc.). As n. = Sun-dried brick, dried mud, as a material.
