cylindrite Min.|sɪˈlɪndraɪt| Also kyl-. [ad. G. kylindrit (A. Frenzel 1893, in N. Jahrb. Min. II. ii. 125), f. Gr. κύλινδρ-ος cylinder (see quot. 1893) + -ite1.] A blackish-grey sulphide of lead, antimony, and tin, known only from Bolivia.
