(ăg′rə-pīnə, -pē-) Known as "the Younger." AD 15?-59. Roman empress. She reportedly murdered her husband, the emperor Claudius, so that her son by a previous marriage, Nero, would become emperor. Nero, distrusting his mother, had her murdered.
