(dĕrē) or Lon·don·der·ry (lŭn′dən-dĕrē, lŭndən-dĕr′ē) A city of northwest Northern Ireland northwest of Belfast. Built on the site of an abbey founded by Saint Columba in 546, it is a port and manufacturing center.
