This was achieved through a combination of energy-efficiency measures, natural refrigeration and using natural sustainable fuel in a combined cooling, heat and power plant.

That was thanks to a newly installed woodburning boiler, which smells better, gives a lovely atmosphere for seeddrying during the autumn months and uses sustainable fuel.
