The fund has about 50% of net assets invested in gold and government bonds, with the remainder in global blue-chip equities.

It has 49 per cent of its assets invested in retail property, including warehouses, but holds cash equivalent to only 14.6 per cent of the portfolio.

The trust also has a modest amount of spice in the form of 12-13 per cent of its total assets invested in carefully chosen private-equity investments.

This also preserves balanced diversification, maintains a higher degree of the percent of assets invested in the market and helps reduce tracking error in the performance of the fund/account.
