Perimeter has a large, modern facility with sharp lines and soft colors; it's surrounded by a freshly paved, lined, and landscaped parking lot.

The modern facility continues to meet the changing informational needs of the community.

In 1986, a rebuilding project began to convert it into a modern facility; the project continued intermittently over the following decade.

A new, modern facility was planned for the junior high students in the late 1950s.

A new larger, more modern facility was opened in the fall of 1989 just west of the original campus.
