释义 | glucosinolaten. Biochemistry. Any of a class of toxic glucosides, produced by some brassicas, which yield mustard oils on ingestion. ΚΠ 1961 Proc. National Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 47 1875 Yellow mustard seed (from Sinapis alba) contains at least two enzymes that catalyze the same reaction, hydrolysis of mustard oil glucosides (glucosinolates). 1968 Phytochemistry 7 131 Glucosinolates are seemingly absent in Papaveraceae. 1976 Chem.
