释义 | haldun. A large deciduous tree with heart-shaped leaves, native to South and South-East Asia, Adina cordifolia (or Haldina cordifolia) (family Rubiaceae). Also: the pale yellowish hardwood timber of this tree, used esp. for furniture. The roots and bark of this tree have a number of applications as herbal remedies in Ayurvedic medicine.
