释义 | hind milkn. The milk obtained in the latter part of milking a farm animal, which contains more fat than the first-drawn milk. Also (in later use): the fat-rich milk obtained in the latter part of one session of breastfeeding a child. Cf. fore-milk n. at fore- prefix 2c(a).In dairying such milk is more commonly called strippings (see stripping n.2 b).Quot. 1895 is from a shortened version of a paper delivered by H. L.
