(Doklady) de l'Acad. des Sci. de l'URSS XXVIII. 638 During my visit to the Inder deposit in 1938, I found in the dump of one of the pits..a solid colourless mineral which proved to be a borate, of the composition 2MgO.3B2O3.13H2O. The new mineral was named kurnakovite.
