释义 | Markovnikovn. Chemistry. attributive and in the genitive. Designating, relating to, or in accordance with an empirical rule governing addition by an ionic mechanism to carbon–carbon multiple bonds, according to which the more negatively charged group of an asymmetrical addendum becomes attached to the carbon atom bonded to the smaller number of hydrogen atoms (because of the relative stability of the intermediate carbenium ion). Chiefly in Markovnikov('s) rule. ΚΠ 1926 H. G. Rule tr. J. Schmidt Text-bk. Org. Chem. Index 786/1 Markownikoff's rule. 1934 Jrnl. Amer. Chem. Soc. 56 928/2 Contrary to the Markownikoff rule the bromine atom adds to form 1-bromo derivatives rather than the 2-bromo compounds. 1963 A. Gero Textbk. Org. Chem. iii. 114 In this case addition of HBr is contrary to what Markovnikov's rule would predict. 1980 M. Orchin et al. Vocab. Org. Salzer Organometallics xvii. 418 After hydrometallation according to Markovnikov's rule (H adds to the carbon bearing the most hydrogen atoms), two ways for β-elimination exist. 1992 Energy & Fuels 6 79/1 It is postulated that the 2-chloroalkanes are formed by Markovnikov addition of hydrogen chloride to the terminal olefins.
