Origin: A borrowing from Thai. Etymon: Thai miikrɔɔb.
Etymology: < Thai miikrɔɔb < mii mee n. + krɔɔb to be crisp.
A Thai dish consisting of crisp fried noodles served with prawns and pork or chicken.
