Economics.

A free-trade agreement signed on 26 March 1991 by several South American countries, creating a common market between them.The agreement, also know as the ‘Treaty of Asuncion’, was initially signed by Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay. In 1996, Chile and Bolivia also signed trade accords.
