Origin: A borrowing from Polish. Etymon: Polish mereologia.
Etymology: < Polish mereologia (S. Leśniewski 1927 (as mereologja ), in Przegląd filozoficzny 30 166), irregularly < ancient Greek μέρος part (see mero- comb. form1) + -ologia (see -ology comb. form).
