Etymology: < myco- comb. form + -phagous comb. form, after mycophagy n. Compare scientific Latin mycophagus (in Tyroglyphus mycophagus , M. Mégnin 1874, in Jrnl. de l'anat. et de la physiol. normales 10 238). Compare earlier mycetophagous adj.

That feeds on fungi, fungivorous; relating to or involving mycophagy.
