Designating, relating to, or characterized by the condition of having an aneuploid chromosome complement lacking a particular pair or polyploid set of homologous chromosomes. Also (of a gamete): lacking a chromosome; producing a nullisomic individual.Occasionally also applied to homologous chromosomes lacking the same segment in all copies.
