Pharmacology.

A synthetic derivative of diphenhydramine that has antimuscarinic activity and is used as a muscle relaxant, esp. in the treatment of Parkinson's disease and drug-induced parkinsonism; o-methyldiphenhydramine, (CH₃C₆H₄)(C₆H₅)CH·O·CH₂CH₂N(CH₃)₂.
