Etymology: < scientific Latin palpebrosus (1766 or earlier) < classical Latin palpebra palpebra n. + -ōsus -ous suffix, apparently arising through misapprehension of the sense of classical Latin palpebra.
Obsolete. rare. Apparently only attested in dictionaries or glossaries.
Having large eyebrows.
