Etymology: < panspermia n. + -ic suffix. Compare Hellenistic Greek πάνσπερμος composed of or containing all sorts of seeds. Compare earlier panspermatic adj.R. G. Mayne gives a Latin form panspermicus (see quot. 1857).
Of, relating to, or designating the theory of panspermia.
