Having a face resembling that of a pig. pig-faced lady n. (also pig-faced woman) a legendary woman of noble birth said to have been born with a pig's face as the result of a curse; also known as the hog-faced gentlewoman (cf. hog-faced at hog n.1 Compounds 1c, esp. quot. 1640 at hog n.1 Compounds 1c).
