Etymology: < post-classical Latin accipitrarius keeper and tamer of hawks, falconer (from 9th cent. in British and continental sources) < classical Latin accipitr- , accipiter accipiter n. + -ārius -ary suffix1.
Now archaic and historical.
A person who keeps and trains hawks or falcons; a falconer.
