Origin: From a proper name. Etymon: proper name Radnor.
Etymology: < Radnor, the name of a region in central Powys, east Wales (formerly the county of Radnorshire), where such sheep were originally bred.
A Welsh breed of sheep with a short fleece and a tan or grey face and legs; a sheep of this breed. Also Hill Radnor. Also as a modifier, as Radnor breed, Radnor sheep, etc.
