/ˈrɑːŋɡriː/, U.S. /ˈrɑŋɡri/ A dialect of Rajasthani spoken in Malwa and the Central Provinces of India. Cf. Malvi n.In quot. 1823 perhaps as a local name for illiterate Marwari (as opposed to literate Hindi).
