1922 T. M. Lowry Inorg. Chem. xliv. 890 Thallous sulphide, Tl2S, is thrown down as a black precipitate in presence of acetic acid.
1967 Inorganica Chimica Acta 1 109/2 This stoichiometry suggests a cubic arrangement, with Tl and O atoms occupying alternate corners.
