Etymology: Partly (in senses 1 and 3) < un- prefix1 + piped adj.1, and partly (in senses 2 and 3) < un- prefix1 + pipe n.1 + -ed suffix2.
1. Of a piece of cinnamon bark: (perhaps) not curled up in the form of a pipe or tube. Obsolete. rare.
