Not walking; not able to walk.In quot. 1668 in the context of a discussion of words formed with suffixes such as -ative and -able, and the effect on the meanings of such words when they are compounded with negative prefixes such as un-.In quot. 1877 in figurative context, referring to the coinage of the word unwalkative in quot. 1668.
