Etymology: Old English unwillende (un- prefix1 4), = Old Norse and Icelandic ú-, óviljandi. Compare Middle Low German unwillendes. Re-formed in 16th cent.
1. Of persons: Not intending, purposing, or desiring (to do a particular thing). Obsolete.
