Mineralogy.
A uranium-containing mineral which occurs as soft yellow crystals.Weeksite is a hydrated silicate and oxide of uranium and potassium, K2(UO2)2(Si2O5)3·4H2O, often containing other elements, esp. barium. Crystal system: orthorhombic.
