Trans. 75 20 Since then [sc. the publication of their 1896 paper], the authors have further examined cannabinol, and have found that it is a mixture of at least two compounds having similar physical characters. One of these, of the formula C₂₁H₂₆O₂, has been isolated, and it is proposed to retain the name cannabinol for this compound.
