单词 camerist
释义

cameristn.1

Compare Italian camerista (1678; subsequently from the second half of the 19th cent.; now historical; < camera (see chamber n.) + -ista -ist suffix, after Spanish), which probably provided the model for the now usual French form with medial -é-.
