The clutch pedal is the pedal by which the driver of a vehicle operates the clutch.
In most models, the clutch pedal is on the left of the shaft, with the brake and throttle on the far right.
The engine turns off when the car is standing in neutral gear at a stoplight, butrestarts instantly when you depress the clutch pedal and engage first gear.
The clutch pedal is located on the floor of the vehicle to the left of the brake pedal.
