| 释义 | lumbrical muscle of foot[ lŭm′brĭ-kəl ] n.Any of four muscles of whose origin the first is from the tendon to the second toe of the long flexor muscle of the toes, and the second, third, and fourth are from adjacent sides of all four tendons of this muscle; with insertion into the extensor tendon of each of the four lateral toes; with nerve supply from two plantar nerves, and whose actions serve to flex the proximal phalanges and to extend the middle and distal phalanges.
